By accessing our website, contacting us via WhatsApp, or placing any order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Jesastic.in serves Indian customers, while our global services are delivered through Jesastic.com for clients in the USA, Canada, and other international markets.

2. Eligibility To Use Our Services

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• All information provided by you is true and accurate

• All orders are confirmed through WhatsApp, email, or written approval
• Project communication is primarily handled via WhatsApp
• Clients must provide accurate details and required content on time
• Any delay in client content may extend delivery timelines

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are communicated before project initiation
• Payments must be made strictly as per the shared invoice or payment link
• Jesastic accepts payments only via secure third-party gateways
• We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for custom digital services
• Taxes (if applicable) are extra unless stated otherwise

7. Delivery & Revisions

Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Revisions are limited to the agreed number in the selected package. Major changes beyond the original scope are billed separately.

8. Third-Party Platforms & Services

Jesastic may use third-party platforms such as:

• Payment gateways
• Hosting providers
• Amazon / Meesho (for physical product printing & delivery)
• Courier services

Jesastic is not responsible for delays, errors, outages, or policy changes of third-party platforms.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• All designs, code, graphics, and content remain the intellectual property of Jesastic until full payment is received
• After full payment, the client receives usage rights for the delivered work
• Jesastic reserves the right to display project work in its portfolio unless restricted in writing

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to provide false information, use our services for illegal activities, upload harmful or copyrighted material, or attempt to hack our systems. Violation of these rules may result in service suspension without refund.

11. Service Limitations

Jesastic is not responsible for business losses, profit expectations, specific website ranking guarantees, ad performance guarantees, server downtime caused by third-party hosting, or government policy changes.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Jesastic does not give any implied warranty regarding uninterrupted service, guaranteed sales, or 100% uptime.

13. Termination of Services

Jesastic reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if Terms are violated, payment is delayed, misuse of services is detected, or legal risks are identified.

14. Force Majeure

Jesastic is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control including natural disasters, internet failures, server outages, government restrictions, or acts of God.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.

16. Changes To Terms

Jesastic reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
